How it works

Optionally import your .engram backup. A file is read locally with the File API and never leaves this page. You can also skip it entirely.
Enter your full name and master password. The page runs scrypt on your device (plus Argon2id if you imported a file) to derive your key.
Passwords regenerate. The same name and master password always produce the same passwords, exactly as the app does, with or without a backup file.

Runs fully offline. No servers, no accounts, no analytics.

Held in memory only. A refresh or closing the tab wipes everything.

Compatible with Spectre / Master Password v3 for the standard style.
